I believe it is possible, but a daunting task. I have been blogging about my journey off and on over the last few weeks. I have been Eating clean and working out, but so much has gotten in the way, and Ive struggled with these overwhelming feelings of being a failure. I went home for the weekend to visit my parents, and it was a lovely visit! I started feeling really great! I was eating clean, and I even got some fitness clothes when I was home. This got me stoked on what was to come! But being home made it hard! I didn&amp;#8217;t have my usuals sitting in my own fridge. Is started with a small gelato at the farmers market, and before I knew it, I was gorging on snacks at the moves 2 days in a row! That turned into 3 days being back home before Ive gotten back into the swing of things! I needed to play catch up, which meant sacrificing my work out time and clean eating regime. I seriously feel like I have gained back the 5 pounds I had lost in my first 2 weeks&amp;#8230; I look at these blogs about women who are strong and beautiful and never seem to fall off the band wagon, and I wonder why I don&amp;#8217;t have that kind of strength&amp;#8230; Why does the movie popcorn have such power over me!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;But, Each day I continue to give up, and not do anything to change it, is another day I will be unhappy, and another day long fit will take me to meet my goals! I will be back home for a wedding in 4 weeks, and I want to look great! I want to be down 10 pounds! and I will be! &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;My new regime will be running every morning. I like starting out with cardio, and going in the morning always makes me feel refreshed! Then I will do my brazilian butt lift DVD and and variate between arms and Ab work outs. Sundays will be my days off!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I am following the eat clean stripped diet as well! Ill keep you all posted with my progress! In the future I still want to compete in a Bikini contest. but I don&amp;#8217;t have the finds to hire a trainer. For now I just am going to get in the best shape I can on my own, and when I have reached my limits, I will take the next step! Im excited! and ready for my run!&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Carrot Cake Pancakes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Ingredients:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 carrot, cut + partially steamed (or just raw if you’re in a rush!)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 banana&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1/2 cup egg whites&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;3 oz plain greek yogurt (1/2 small chobani container)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 cup oats&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 tbsp wheat germ&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 tbsp flax&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 tsp vanilla&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Spices to your liking (I used mostly cinnamon with some allspice, nutmeg, and ginger)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2 tsp stevia&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;Use a blender to mix everything together until it’s a smooth, even texture. Add water if its too thick (I used around 1/4 cup water) and blend it in. Then, pour out and cook on a non-stick pan or griddle with some olive oil.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Makes 10 (delicious) pancakes! Each one has 62 calories, 1 g fat, 3.5 g protein, and only 2 g of sugar.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;There are good eaten plain, with some greek yogurt, sliced banana, maple syrup, walnuts, etc. Feel free to experiment :)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Personally, I would eat a few of these for breakfast along with scrambled eggs or oatmeal and some fruit!&lt;/p&gt;
